Didn't deliver funeral service flowers I had paid for already! - Wesley Berry Flowers

I ordered funeral flowers. Paid about $70. Gave specific instructions on service, location etc. It took me 20 mins to place the order over the phone.

Day of service, I get a call saying the flowers were not delivered in time for the funeral service. 'What shall we do with the flowers?".

I asked for a refund. But that's not the point. I wanted the flowers to reach the funeral service. This was very important for me.

I tried calling afterwards to speak to a manager. 4 phone calls and several transfers later, whilst again 'waiting for the manager the pick up', I gave up, utterly disgusted and upset.

What horrible service. What an incompetent company. Spread the word. Don't use them. Please help shut them down.
