Wesley Berry Flowers - Worst experience - Flowers

I have previously used Wesley Berry Flowers (years ago) and LOVED their service. I didn't even bother to look up reviews this time around, and that was the biggest mistake. I ordered two sets of flowers for Mother's Day, understanding that Mother's Day is one of (if not, THE) biggest day of the year! My flowers were to be delivered the day after Mother's Day, they didn't show. I waited an entire week before I tried to contact them. IMPOSSIBLE!!! I left several messages and emails and was not given a response. Finally, an email came through, apologizing and saying that the flowers were on the delivery truck to be delivered that day, in addition they gave me two $50 vouchers to use for the next time and had upgraded the flowers to highest quality. I am back to being happy and emailed a thank you email expressing how grateful I am for their service. Next mistake!! The flowers still did not arrive. I contacted the local florist who had not even received my order yet. TWO more weeks go by with no flowers, several messages and emails. Nothing in reply. After 3 1/2 weeks I then receive an email stating that it's not their issue, it's part of the Terms and Conditions that they will get delivered on the next possible date, and that I will receive $30 off my next purchase. I get emails EVERY month for $31 dollars off, so thanks for nothing, besides I had already been given $50 off, but still no flowers. So I replied stating that wasn't good enough, attaching the previous email, and saying I want my money back. 4 1/2 weeks later, my flowers arrive... NOT EVEN CLOSE to the description and not upgraded at all!! The florist valued them at $40, which I paid $60 and $80 for plus was told they would be upgraded!!!

So 4 1/2 weeks after Mother's Day my mother received her tiny flower arrangement. I will NEVER use this service again :(
