Flowers never delivered, no one will contact me regarding refund - Flowers
I ordered flowers for a funeral, and flowers were never delivered. I have emailed twice, no reply. I spoke with customer once, no explanation, no appology, just 'a manager will contact to process refund.' Of course, I haven't heard from a manager. Talked to someone again today, who gave me the same 'someone will call you about this.' When I asked if I could speak directly to someone who could help me, the answer was 'no.' Definitely would not order from them again.
