Awful Service - Flowers ordered and NEVER DELIVERED

On Friday, July 18 - I ordered flowers to be delivered that same day in Chicago IL. On the website and throughout the order, it was confirmed SAME DAY delivery. The next day, I receive an email with an invoice with a lower dollar amount then the amount that was charged to my debit card - and showing on the invoice, I am seeing an order date and a delivery date of the same day, 07/18/2014. After this email, I get a second one that states there was missing information and the order was not delivered,I can either call or email back the missing information and they will be delivered right after they have received the information. Emailed AND called that same day - forced to leave messages to never get anything in return. Three days later - the flowers are still not delivered, and asking for a refund and to not send the flowers as they will no longer mean the same thing isn't being honored. Wesley Berry Flowers answer is to send additional flowers out to the individual instead of honoring the originial - again promising they will be out today - Tuesday, JUly 22nd. After calling again, no flowers were set to go out today, and cancelling seems to be a whole new process that is going to take 5 to 7 business days...
