same day Floral delivery not delivered nor any response to emails or phone calls


I received a confirmation by email the day I ordered my flowers for same day delivery. It was a floral order for a birthday gift and it was VERY important to me that it was delivered same day. I paid extra, requesting delivery by 5:00 pm. When the delivery wasn't made by 5:00, as requested and paid for, I sent an email requesting help and follow up with their advertised 24/7- 52 weeks a year customer service. I tried phoning two different numbers listed this morning. (one on website and one on confirmation email) I "held" for a total of at least 20 minutes, with no one every answering my call. This morning (the day after the order was placed, I finally emailed to cancel the order and contacted my credit card to contest the charge for my purchase. It's mid-afternoon and I have received no contact from the company.
