Order made 2 weeks in advance did not arrive - flowers ordered for mothers day and not delivered but charged for

Two weeks before mothers' day I placed an order. Although someone mysterious used their order tracking system to say it was delivered. My mother did NOT receive this order.
The 1-800 number I called didn't provide any help at all. The personnel didn't even know who was supposed to send the order. Basically they were useless.

I just want my money back.
