Fed up with contacting you about order 02629875...you have ignored my phone calls and e-mails so not spending more time on talking to you,

Instead I am talking to American Express....to the Better Business Bureau , to FTD, to Yelp, to Pissed-off and any other venue I can find.

Your method of doing business is un-American...it completely undermines everything our country stands for ...honesty, fair play, pride in workmanship, honoring promises, respecting customers, doing the best job possible. Your company is a disgrace and its employees should be ashamed to follow management's orders and policies to do business in such an underhanded way.

I am retired now, with nothing but time on my hands....and I am going to continue to harp and complain every possible way I can, every chance I get.

FINALLY! After contacting the Detroit BBB, this website, responding to their "Customer Service Survey" and AMEX--- I have a refund. My advice to everyone is complain everywhere to everyone! And challenge the charge on your credit card. This company should NOT be able to do this to people. Good luck all!
