    I oredered flowers through the WESLEY BERRY FLOWERS website for a friends funeral and they promised they would be there the day of the funeral. The funeral home never received them, when I called and finally reached a live person they told me that the flowers were not able to be delivered to the funeral home and that they could deliver them to another address. They said I would get a 40.00 dollar refund. I paid 84.44 for the flowers and am very distraught that the family never recieved these flowers.     On Saturday, 1/7/012, their website said that same day delivery was available. That was a Saturday and I was so excited waiting for my sister's call expressing her delight and surprise. Long story made short, they gave the order to a florist that was 15 miles away from her, had an early cutoff for same day delivery, and wasn't open on Sunday.     I have called 4 times and left messages through your message center. I have requested for someone to contact me in regards to my order. No one has contacted me! I have also sent an email to your CUSTOMER SUPPORT box! I placed an order and selected my delivery date for 2-11-2011 and it was delivered today! I am very very disappointed in your services!
