    I ordered a flower arrangement from this company on April 9th with GUARANTEED same day delivery. By the end of business on April 10th, the flowers still had not been delivered. So I called the customer service number and reached a completely automated system. You have to leave a message with why you called and they will call you back. Except I did this twice and not once did I receive a phone call back.     Wish I had learned from others. Didn't check the reviews on this place before trying to use it. Horrible business! Open 24/7/365???? What a joke.     Was lured in by the website of 24/7 access to customer service and claims of fast/same day delivery. Placed order on 3/24 for funeral service on 3/25. Received a generic email AFTER the funeral that the order did not make it there. I was sending these out of state for a family member.     Wesley Berry Flowers ent me a confirmation specifying the correct date to deliver flowers for someone's birthday. Flowers were not delivered on the contract date. No answer to 1 phone call (left message with info) and 2 emails. Following day I sent letter cancelling the contract and ordered from another florist.     Around 7 am Friday morning, I order same day delivery of Valentine's Day flowers for my daughter to be delivered to her place of work. They were never delivered so I contacted the company's customer service.     For all of you who have LOST MONEY...FIGHT IT!!! File a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.     absolutely AWFUL, the flowers ordered looked NOTHING like the ones in the picture.     My boyfriend was out of town on business and had flowers sent to me...when they showed up at the door, they were half dead. Three days later when my boyfriend came home, he asked if those were the flowers that were delivered and I said yes.     I live in Florida and when i found out that my daughter was in the hospital in Indianapolis Indiana with a perforated colon i ordered flowers to be sent to her at Community North Hospital on 2/13. Today is her birthday (2/17) and she still has not received any flowers but my bank account was deducted by a charge from westley Berry for $42.41 on 2/13/2013.     Well it sounds like I'm lucky to have gotten any flowers at all. The flowers were delivered to my office at about 4:30pm and they were very pretty; however when I sent the picture if them to my fiancee(he purchased them for me for Valentine's Day) he replied that the flowers I had received were not what he had ordered. Worst flower order experience EVER! Ordered a plant for a funeral and received an email the day after the funeral that the delivery was not made. Replied to the email, never heard back from them. Called several times for two days and finally spoke to someone. Changed the delivery address to me an was told I'd get the delivery that day. Surprise, surprise no delivery. Emailed them again still no response 3 days later. Called again this morning and after being put on hold for quite awhile several times I was told again they would be delivered today. I did get an email order confirmation, which I had not received previously, so we shall see. I will NEVER use this place again and strongly urge no one else to either!!!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend's wake. It was a straight forward address. A delivery to a funeral home in Kendall, Miami, FL. On the day after the wake (and the scheduled delivery) they write me an email saying they did not deliver because of complications having to do with the address. Really? Is 11220 N. Kendall drive, in Miami so hard to find? A kid with access to google maps would get there in 10 minutes. Anyway, they give out a phone number in the email that upon calling will recommend you go back to the email and reply there !
A first class operation ! Never again.

I ordered Exotic Grace for my mother's Birthday.....Number one: it was not delivered to her on the Delivery Date. 2- look nothing like, the picture. The flowers were to be Tropical,orange in color, with Bamboo, Birds of Paradise, Asiatic lilies, alstroemeria, Red Hypercium, tall galax leaves arranged in a keepsake Bamboo container.
My mother receive a day late, peach carnations, orange lilies, daisies,arranged with light/dark green small rounded leaves in a brown wicker basket.
I was very disappointed, the Flower Shop didn't even call me to let me know, that order could not be filled . Their idea of a Tropical Zen arrangement substitution was Horrible.

The below comment is from one of the many emails I had sent to Wesley Berry. I spent just under $90. Four days later they sent me an email for a $30 store credit if I decide to order from them in the future. No mention of any refund, even on the Mylar balloon they didn't send but charged my card for. Stay away from these people. They're thieves!!!

After actually seeing the flowers It looks like my girlfriend received the wrong order. At least I hope she did. What she received looks NOTHING like what I ordered. There also was no Mylar balloon. At best, this may be a $25 piece. That's if the roses weren't dried out. The edges are brown on all of them. Also many of them have torn petals. They will never open. This is a very poor way to represent yourself. Everyone who works at the law firm where my girlfriend works commented on how "sad" the arrangement looks. Needles to say, they all know where it came from. I feel extremely embarrassed to have given this as a gift. If you paid what I did and received what I did, you would not be too happy either.
