  • Flower Delivery Express-DON'T USE!!!!!



    I ordered an expensive arrangement for best friend's FUNERAL, four days in advance. Less than 24 hrs before, I received an email from these a__holes (after hours, of course) stating they'd screwed up and no flowers were delivered . . . now, it being a Saturday in a small town, I am left empty handed with no flowers to bring to the service unless I visit some grocery store on the way and pick up some lame pre-made substitute.     This was the worst experience I have ever encountered from any flower delivery sevice. On 8/2/14, I ordered and paid extra for a same day delivery of a bouquet for a family member's 70th brithday. The amount of my purchase was nearly $100 for a large bouquet and the delivery fee. On 8/2 and 8/3, I left several messages via voicemail with this company (because I could never reach a live person during the day or evening) to confirm the delivery.     The first time, I used Wesley Berry, they promised same day service. They never delivered and credited me the money to their company. I hadn't used them for nearly a year. Finally after seeing the credit pop up almost daily, I used them to deliver flowers to my daughter and new grandchild in Wisconsin. This time I paid for next day delivery.     On Friday, July 18 - I ordered flowers to be delivered that same day in Chicago IL. On the website and throughout the order, it was confirmed SAME DAY delivery. The next day, I receive an email with an invoice with a lower dollar amount then the amount that was charged to my debit card - and showing on the invoice, I am seeing an order date and a delivery date of the same day, 07/18/2014.     WOW, wish I had seen this before I used this service to have flowers delivered to my future daughter-in-law for her birthday. I placed the order on June 20th, for delivery on June 23rd her birthday. And now 5 phone calls and 7 emails later... still no delivery, and still have not managed to talk to a human being.     Horrible company don't ever order from them! Ordered flowers for my son and daughter in law welcoming their new baby boy. Flowers did not arrive as promised calls were not answered - emails did not get replies back.     I have previously used Wesley Berry Flowers (years ago) and LOVED their service. I didn't even bother to look up reviews this time around, and that was the biggest mistake.     Inflated prices under the guise of giving the consumer a deal. Operating under multiple names,they proudly claim an Aplus rating from BBB, but an online complaint form sends complaints back to the company (instead of the BBB)....where the complaint is ignored.     I ordered a flower arrangement from this company on April 9th with GUARANTEED same day delivery. By the end of business on April 10th, the flowers still had not been delivered. Worst flower order experience EVER! Ordered a plant for a funeral and received an email the day after the funeral that the delivery was not made. Replied to the email, never heard back from them. Called several times for two days and finally spoke to someone. Changed the delivery address to me an was told I'd get the delivery that day. Surprise, surprise no delivery. Emailed them again still no response 3 days later. Called again this morning and after being put on hold for quite awhile several times I was told again they would be delivered today. I did get an email order confirmation, which I had not received previously, so we shall see. I will NEVER use this place again and strongly urge no one else to either!!!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend's wake. It was a straight forward address. A delivery to a funeral home in Kendall, Miami, FL. On the day after the wake (and the scheduled delivery) they write me an email saying they did not deliver because of complications having to do with the address. Really? Is 11220 N. Kendall drive, in Miami so hard to find? A kid with access to google maps would get there in 10 minutes. Anyway, they give out a phone number in the email that upon calling will recommend you go back to the email and reply there !
A first class operation ! Never again.

I ordered Exotic Grace for my mother's Birthday.....Number one: it was not delivered to her on the Delivery Date. 2- look nothing like, the picture. The flowers were to be Tropical,orange in color, with Bamboo, Birds of Paradise, Asiatic lilies, alstroemeria, Red Hypercium, tall galax leaves arranged in a keepsake Bamboo container.
My mother receive a day late, peach carnations, orange lilies, daisies,arranged with light/dark green small rounded leaves in a brown wicker basket.
I was very disappointed, the Flower Shop didn't even call me to let me know, that order could not be filled . Their idea of a Tropical Zen arrangement substitution was Horrible.

The below comment is from one of the many emails I had sent to Wesley Berry. I spent just under $90. Four days later they sent me an email for a $30 store credit if I decide to order from them in the future. No mention of any refund, even on the Mylar balloon they didn't send but charged my card for. Stay away from these people. They're thieves!!!

After actually seeing the flowers It looks like my girlfriend received the wrong order. At least I hope she did. What she received looks NOTHING like what I ordered. There also was no Mylar balloon. At best, this may be a $25 piece. That's if the roses weren't dried out. The edges are brown on all of them. Also many of them have torn petals. They will never open. This is a very poor way to represent yourself. Everyone who works at the law firm where my girlfriend works commented on how "sad" the arrangement looks. Needles to say, they all know where it came from. I feel extremely embarrassed to have given this as a gift. If you paid what I did and received what I did, you would not be too happy either.
