The below comment is from one of the many emails I had sent to Wesley Berry. I spent just under $90. Four days later they sent me an email for a $30 store credit if I decide to order from them in the future. No mention of any refund, even on the Mylar balloon they didn't send but charged my card for. Stay away from these people. They're thieves!!!

After actually seeing the flowers It looks like my girlfriend received the wrong order. At least I hope she did. What she received looks NOTHING like what I ordered. There also was no Mylar balloon. At best, this may be a $25 piece. That's if the roses weren't dried out. The edges are brown on all of them. Also many of them have torn petals. They will never open. This is a very poor way to represent yourself. Everyone who works at the law firm where my girlfriend works commented on how "sad" the arrangement looks. Needles to say, they all know where it came from. I feel extremely embarrassed to have given this as a gift. If you paid what I did and received what I did, you would not be too happy either.
